Shamrock - Irish Whiskey Cocktail

The shamrock's history in Ireland dates back to Saint Patrick and has come to symbolize much of Irish culture in the USA. This Irish Whiskey cocktail accentuates the green and is refreshingly sweet and minty.
EQUIPMENT
- IWSA Cocktail Shaker

Old Fashioned Glass
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz Blended Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz green crème de menthe
- 2 oz heavy cream
- Green Maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place cherry in the glass with ice
- Combine whiskey, crème de menthe & cream in shaker with ice

Shake for 20 seconds then strain into the glass
