The Titanic's place in history has been commemorated in books, documentaries, and record breaking feature films. So why not an Irish Whiskey Cocktail? The famed ocean liner was built in Ireland before sailing to America on its maiden voyage. The Titanic Distillery now resides in the same Thompson Dock and Pumphouse that housed the ship during construction. While thought to be unsinkable, we all know the story after the ship hit an iceberg. Enjoy this namesake cocktail made with Irish Whiskey in homage to the tragic event.
EQUIPMENT
- IWSA Cocktail Shaker

Highball Glass
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Blended Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Blue Curacao
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine whiskey, blue curacao, and lemon juice in shaker with ice

Shake for 20 seconds then strain into the glass
- Garnish with lemon wheel
