IWSA Apple Cider Smash - An Irish Whiskey Cocktail

This is sure to be a holiday favorite for IWSA members. This Fall flavor cocktail provides a refreshing treat as you entertain guests, eat leftovers, or just kick back and watch football games. Inspired by a recipe from bakedbyrachel.com, we have provided an IWSA twist with the use of two unique Irish whiskeys. The Teeling Small Batch provides a complementary rum finish with the apple while the Green Spot adds some single pot still spice along with orchard fruits.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Apple Cider
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Green Spot Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
- 1 Large Ice Cube
Notes
Garnish - Cinnamon stick

Instructions
Combine ingredients with ice in a Shaker. Shake and pour over ice cube in rocks glass.
