The IWSA 15 - Irish Whiskey Cocktail

The IWSA 15 is our celebratory cocktail for the club's 15th anniversary. It's both seasonal and festive with apple cider to honor our October autumnal origins and champagne to recognize the club's milestone. Of course, our version of the cocktail also has Irish whiskey. Easy enough to make, mix one up and toast our big 15th anniversary in October 2025!
- 1 oz Irish Rye Whiskey (Shortcross, Kilbeggan, Method & Madness, or Powers)
- 1.5 oz Apple cider
- Squeeze of lemon
- 3-4 oz Champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine whiskey and cider in shaker with ice

Stir until chilled
- Strain into glass
- Top off with champagne
- Splash with lemon juice
