"Leprech-On the Lash" - Irish Whiskey Cocktail

Posted by Irish Whiskey USA on

March celebrations around Irish culture involve parades, wearing green, traditional Irish food, songs, and dance and drinking. When taking a break from Guinness, a fun alternative cocktail is the emerald hued "Leprech-On the Lash", a variation of the Drunk or Tipsy Leprechaun. "On the Lash" is Irish slang referring to heavy, enthusiastic drinking sessions with friends. Add this "tongue-in-cheek" cocktail to your March celebrations.

EQUIPMENT

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey*
  • 1 oz Midori or melon liqueur
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao or orange liqueur
  • 3 oz Pineapple juice
