Dingle Batch No. 5 Single Malt Irish Whiskey New Release

An Irish Single Malt Whiskey which has been finished in Bourbon, Madeira and Pedro Ximenez casks. Dingle Batch No. 5 is the second batch released under the watch of master Distiller Graham Coull who joined the Dingle Distillery Team in October 2019. It is also the largest batch release yet by Dingle at 35,500 bottles. Five hundred of these will be bottled at cask strength in tribute to the 500 “Founder” investors who each supported the distillery launch by investing in the very first 500 casks distilled. Jameson Irish whiskey has remained the global leader in Irish whiskey sales after it shipped 8 million cases in 2019, an increase from the 7.2 million it shipped in 2018. Overall, the Irish whiskey industry enjoyed a 10.6 percent increase in 2019, according to data compiled by IWSR Drinks Market Analysis and reported upon by The Irish Times.
