Connacht Distillery in Co. Mayo has rebranded. Now named after the town it is located, Ballina Irish Whiskey commemorated the rebrand with the release of two new single malts. Irish Whiskey Society America celebrated its 15th Anniversary on October 19th with a Live Virtual Event. Leading up, we counted down the 15 Favorite Irish Whiskeys from members and conducted 3 rounds of clues in our Guess the Whiskeys contest. A clue was revealed for 8 mystery Irish Whiskeys each month ahead of our October Live reveal. During our event, the winners were also announced and prizes awarded. Jameson Favorites Coming to America

Great news Jameson fans! Irish Distillers recently announced a continuation of the rebrand of its Jameson Irish Whiskey range. The Jameson Single Pot Still expression, originally launched in 2022 but has not been available in the USA., will be renamed Distiller's Batch. In addition, the original Jameson expression, Crested (formerly Crested Ten) is also undergoing a redesign. The biggest news is that both will be released into the USA market by early 2026.
