The Old Pal cocktail is a classic with origins dating back to the roaring 20's Jazz Age. The drink is similar to the popular Negroni and Boulevardier as it shares traits of both. The Old Pal uses Rye Whiskey and Dry Vermouth. A Negroni uses gin and dry vermouth while the Boulevardier uses whiskey with sweet vermouth.
