It's Good to be a Sinner - The Confession Box

Posted by Irish Whiskey USA on

If you can't get to church regularly, the Confession Box is here for you. This cozy Dublin pub should be on everyone's must visit list regardless of religious denomination. Owned and operated by Keenan sisters, Pauline and Monica, this place is very welcoming.
One characteristic of a great Irish pub is the quality of their Guinness pour. It doesn't get much better than the pints served here.
Of course, one needs a companion for their pint in the form of Irish Whiskey. The Confession Box has you covered with a nice assortment of offerings including their own bottling from IrishAmerican.
If you get hungry, the pub has you covered.
When you are ready to leave, you can take a bottle for the road. I recommend their 6 year single malt from IrishAmerican. It makes a great companion to our IWSA Limited Edition 10 year Anniversary Bottling.
The wonderful pub has a long history with its location a couple blocks from where the Easter Rising took place. Read more about it on their website. Next time in Dublin, venture over just north of the River Liffey for a pint, whiskey, and some confessionary craic.
