Dingle Distillery is proud to launch its highly anticipated Dingle Single Cask 10-year-old Single Malt whiskey, making it the first 10-year-old whiskey release by an Irish craft distillery in over 100 years using its own liquid. There are 237 bottles set to be released, making this release extremely limited and highly sought after.
On the 18th of December 2012 the first Dingle whiskey casks were filled, marking the birth of a new Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Dingle Distillery is delighted to release its first Single Cask 10-year-old Single Malt in 2023, a significant event in Irish distilling. Priced at €385 (RRP) per 70cl bottle, the new single malt whiskey (58.1% ABV) will be available to purchase from April 11th on dingledistillery.ie.

Tasting notes for Dingle Single Cask 10-Year-Old Single Malt Whiskey:
Nose – The bourbon casks deliver a wonderful intensity. Summer blossom, sweet honey, butter toffee with molten honeycomb and ripe fruits.
Taste – Freshly squeezed apple juice laced with cinnamon.
Finish – Hints of grapefruit sprinkled with brown sugar, toasted vanilla and subtle spice.
The 10-year-old whiskey comes in a beautiful bespoke wooden box handcrafted by Irish company Bear Creation with bottle artwork by artist Kathrina Rupit, aka KinMX. This has been created with a unique feature where the piece used to secure the box has been purposed for use as a coaster once removed. Tasting notes are included inside enclosed in a delicately wax sealed envelope. Each box has been carefully and lovingly handmade, befitting of the contents, creating a distinctive product that will elevate any whiskey collection.
